Our role is that of a direct consultant or intermediary. We provide some services directly and also connect employers with other high quality resources in the region. Through this partnership, companies can access human resource services in the following areas:

In return for the availability of these services, we ask our portfolio companies to track job creation on a quarterly basis. Our due diligence also includes an analysis of the job creation potential of a particular investment opportunity including advancement opportunities, benefits, and human resource infrastructure.
